Our six-person team
We are a six-person team: three members are responsible for management, leadership and administration, while three additional employees provide flexible all-round support. Together, we support our projects from the initial idea through to the long-term care and maintenance of the facilities.
01Owner · CEO · Management
Erjon Nuraj is responsible for the strategic development of NURAJ ENERGY. He leads the company, shapes its long-term direction and coordinates key relationships with project, technology and financing partners.
02Owner · Deputy Managing Director · Management
Hysen Nuraj is a member of management and the second-highest executive after the CEO. As an operational all-rounder, he supports day-to-day implementation and combines organisation, practical coordination and on-site supervision.
03Management Assistant · HR
Erblina Nuraj supports management with organisational and administrative responsibilities. In Human Resources, she assists with internal personnel matters and ensures structured processes, clear communication and reliable documentation.
Additional employees
Our three additional employees support the team with practical work on site as well as organisational and administrative tasks. In future, they will also assume important duties for the ongoing care and maintenance of the energy facilities.
Leadership principle
Management supports the projects personally. Strategic decisions, technical coordination and operational implementation remain closely connected.
